Golfly

The challenge
While building for Youri, something became clear: the 600+ PGA-certified golf professionals in the Netherlands almost all work with a patchwork of tools. Booking through one vendor, a website from a template builder, lead generation done manually through WhatsApp. Every coach stitches together loose tools by hand, and that eats up hours every week.
The analysis
The core problem was not another calendar, but the lack of one product connecting acquisition, scheduling, payment and customer management. Youri's project validated the workflow. Reusable product logic was then separated from each coach's own content, services and availability.
The solution
Golfly is an all-in-one platform for golf pros. Own website, online booking, iDEAL payments, customer management, package management and the Swing Check tool, all in one place. Coaches go live within a week with their own booking site that just works. Fully managed, no setup fees, built on the same stack as the rest of Codavo.
Why custom software
Golfly combines multi-tenant content, calendars, payments, packages and coach-specific data. That domain logic requires a dedicated data and permissions model. Custom development keeps every coach's public site distinct while product management stays central.
Technology
The product uses Nuxt, Vue and TypeScript. Supabase supports accounts, relational data and secure coach-level access; Cloudflare provides fast delivery. Reusable components and customer configuration make onboarding repeatable.

Youri van Koppen, born out of a real client project
Live in a week
New coaches get their site and booking system in seven days
Golfly is live as a standalone SaaS product with Youri van Koppen as its first user. Validated parts of the original project became a repeatable platform, giving coaches an integrated website and operating environment instead of another collection of tools.
How this came to be
Every Codavo project starts with the same question: which customer-facing tool would bring you clients? For Youri, that answer turned out to be so strong that I decoupled the mechanics and repackaged it as Golfly, a product every golf pro in the Netherlands can use. Clients who cooperate with this kind of productization get deliberately reduced prices on their own build. In return, Codavo retains the platform IP. Transparent, on paper, and honest about the mutual win.
