When you want to change something, you request it in the portal. I bill that change per quarter hour, at a fixed rate of €125 per hour. You see an estimate up front and exactly where the hours went afterward. So you only pay when something actually needs doing.

If you want me to actively look after your site, you pick a plan. On Maintenance (€175 per month) your changes are handled directly and included in the price, within fair use. Larger jobs I quote in advance. Uptime monitoring, updates and security are part of it.
On Growth (€400 per month) the insights dashboard is added on top, with a monthly report that ties your visitors, your Google positions and uptime to the work that was shipped. You get priority on your requests. So every month you know exactly what your website brings in.
